The telecommunications industry is  undergoing

and voice services. Invivo provides consulting services for Competitive
Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) formation, Interconnection & Bill
Analysis.
Invivo is comprised of services involving CLEC creation, operation
and Billing Recovery. Currently, Invivo is involved with CLECs in
Bell South, SBC, and Verizon territories.
Business Segments
CLEC Formation Services
Invivo provides a custom tailored service for the design and creation
of data centric CLECs. This service includes all aspects of becoming
a CLEC from license application to switch selection and procurement.
The formation of a CLEC is comprised of several components. Invivo
focuses on the following areas: Legal and Regulatory Activity, Facilities
and Equipment Specification, and Project Management.
Billing
Recovery
Invivo has discovered
several billing elements that are typically overlooked or misbilled
by CLECs in their monthly billing to ILECs. Some of these elements
have recently come about due to new rulings in state or federal
regulatory agencies.
Invivo provides
a no cost (compensation is based upon a percentage of reclaimed
money) service to recover these funds, including complaint creation
and prosecution with the PSC if required.
Invivo has been
successful in recovery of significant funds for several CLECs in
Verizon, SBC and Bell South territories.
