CLEC Formation Service
Invivo provides a custom tailored service for the design and buildout
of CLECs. This service includes all aspects of becoming a CLEC from
license application to switch selection and procurement.
Becoming a CLEC today involves three activities:
- Obtain CLEC license from the state regulatory agency.
- Complete Interconnection with the incumbent carrier.
- Network design, procurement and deployment.
Our services are structured to minimize upfront costs and timing
while maximizing new developments in the equipment and regulatory
fields.
Billing
Recovery Service
 Invivo's
billing recovery program seeks to identify and recoup inter-carrier
compensation funds that are left behind due to unknown changes in
law (on both a state and federal level) or unknown services that
are being provided to carriers but are not stated on the interconnection
agreement or in the CLECs tariff.
Our process starts
with investigation of known elements and law changes that Invivo
has been successful recovering in the past and then proceeding with
a review of interconnection and tariff documents for new elements
that might be appropriate to bill the interconnected carrier.
Our service is a
contingency based service. We are careful to only go after funds
that we feel confident recovering.
